As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing essential items on the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs), ensuring optimal patient care and nursing center reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Direct the interdisciplinary RAI process, ensuring compliance with completion guidelines.
