Position Highlights
- Direct the interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument process following guidelines for completion and transmission of the MDS.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans to meet Federal and State regulations.
- Train new team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.
Requirements
- LPN license in good standing.
- Prior experience in healthcare facilities.
- Familiarity with nursing practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in computer applications, AccuMed experience preferred.
