Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Crestwood. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
