Job Description
We are hiring LPNs to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Pottstown Nursing and Rehab facility. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of an RN to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to care planning.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
