Position Highlights

• Direct the interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument process, following guidelines for completion and electronic transmission.
• Participate in developing individualized resident Care Plans according to Federal and State regulations.
• Train new team members on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items.

Requirements

• LPN in good standing with current state license.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Computer skills, including Windows applications; AccuMed experience preferred.
• Prior experience as an MDS Coordinator and proficiency in RAI/PPS processes.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
