Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lebanon Center. This per-diem position offers flexible scheduling for day, evening, and night shifts.

Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending LPN licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification
