Position Summary

• Direct the nursing center interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process.
• Participate in developing individualized resident Care Plans as required by regulations.
• Train new team members on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items.

Requirements

• Must be an LPN in good standing and currently licensed by the state.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility is required.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations, and general computer skills.
• Proficiency in RAI/PPS processes and experience with AccuMed is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certificate required.
