Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in changing the lives of our patients and residents on a daily basis. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and monitor patient condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
