Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Crestwood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients. This position offers a per-diem schedule, providing flexibility and the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
