Job Description

We are looking for talented LPNs to join our team at Laurel Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care to our patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
