Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a passionate LPN to join our team at Lebanon Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, contributing to assessments, administering medications, and supervising patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
