Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, supervise unlicensed staff, and contribute to care planning and assessments. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license from the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in healthcare settings preferred.
