As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring appropriate patient care, and nursing center reimbursement.
Position Highlights
- Lead the interdisciplinary RAI process, ensuring accurate completion and transmission of the MDS.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Provide training on clinical content and electronic MDS completion to new team members.
Requirements
- LPN license in good standing.
- Prior experience in healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in general nursing practices and MDS completion.
- Computer skills, with AccuMed experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
