We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lebanon Center. This is a per-diem position available for Day, Evening, and Night shifts, offering flexible scheduling. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
