Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Applewood Center team for the Evening Shift. As an LPN at Genesis Health, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification where required.
