Job Description
We are looking for a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations with a focus on Oncology/Incentive Compensation to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position will play a crucial role in delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support our Oncology Business Unit. Responsibilities include field target planning, process optimization, analytics, data solutions, and incentive compensation management.
Responsibilities
- Support field force strategies for the Oncology team.
- Design and implement customer call planning tools.
- Analyze and report on sales force performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Create and deliver presentations on incentive compensation programs.
- Monitor and track incentive compensation deliverables for accuracy and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data systems such as IQVIA and Symphony.
- Proficient in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and other relevant tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in sales operations and analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
