Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. In this role, you will be an integral part of our Clinical Development team, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting digital systems and technologies to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of clinical trial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for Global Clinical Development Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
• Identify and implement new technologies to optimize trial performance and efficiency.
• Maintain and review digital systems, ensuring optimal functionality and utilization.
• Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions and analytics/reporting.

Requirements

• IT proficiency with experience in Microsoft-based applications, CTMS, EDC, and analytics platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial management activities and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in clinical technology.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and travel as needed.

Educational & Licensing Requirements

• BA/BS in a scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standards for clinical trial data management.
• Familiarity with FDA Guidance Documents and regulations.
