Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join the team in revolutionizing patient care through innovative medicines. This role involves leading the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies crucial for Global Clinical Development Operations and various R&D functions. As a Manager in this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities, and drive projects to ensure optimal trial performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for GCDO.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the effective utilization of technology solutions.
- Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions and analytics/reporting.
- Identify and integrate new technologies relevant to GCDO.
- Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in varied digital systems including CTMS, eTMF, and clinical data analytics platforms.
- Extensive experience in clinical trials management and GxP compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience
- BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in clinical technology for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Working knowledge of FDA guidelines and regulations.
