We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Manager, Group Fitness Program at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating an unforgettable fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent to ensure optimal staffing for classes and sessions.
• Drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, focusing on maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.
• Ensure equipment and spaces are well-maintained, clean, and safe, delivering a world-class member experience.
• Train, coach, and develop instructors to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
