Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to effectively run a store and prepare for a managerial role. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while nurturing and guiding the team.

$27.50 per hour

Estimated Earning Potential Year 1

Up to $105,000 (including salary and bonuses, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure adherence to company values and strategies to foster teamwork.
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain store presentation and product quality.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage staff schedules.
• Facilitate staff training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in interpreting and applying organizational policies.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
