Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing your own store effectively. Responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing schedules, and developing action plans. You will also mentor and lead the team to success.

Salary:

Starting wage: $28.25 per hour, potential earning up to $98,000 in the first year (may vary by location)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Experience in retail management preferred
