Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join the team at Aldi. This position involves comprehensive training in all aspects of managing a store to prepare you for a Store Manager role. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage schedules, and develop operational plans while mentoring the team.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Starting Wage:

$26.25 per hour

Earning Potential Year 1:

Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution.
• Maintain store quality, product freshness, and signage.
• Assist in hiring and training store personnel.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
