Job Description

Join ALDI as a Manager in Training and embark on a comprehensive learning experience to prepare for running your own store successfully. As part of the training program, you will supervise daily store operations, oversee team performance, and develop operational strategies while mentoring and guiding your team members.

Estimated Hours:

45 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$30.00 per hour

Earning Potential Year 1:

Up to $119,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses)

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Supervise team activities to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and signage standards.
• Conduct hiring, scheduling, and training of store personnel.
• Develop performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and facilitate employee growth.
• Manage store budgets, monitor inventory, and ensure proper merchandising.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience; management experience is a plus.
