Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations, preparing you for a leadership role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules and staffing, and fostering team development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Store Manager Trainee Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Estimated Store Manager Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $70,750*

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to deliver top-notch customer service
• Model and communicate company values to create a cohesive team environment
• Address customer concerns and uphold store standards
• Participate in staffing and training processes
• Manage schedules, budgets, and store performance

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 21 or older
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Prior retail experience and management skills
