Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in every aspect of store operations to prepare you for a leadership role in managing your store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies. This position offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour with potential earnings of up to $105,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Understand and communicate company values and strategy to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and hiring processes.
• Prepare schedules, set performance expectations, and conduct training sessions.
• Ensure store payroll and budgets are met while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail with management background preferred.
