Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of store management. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while nurturing team development.

Store Manager Trainee Starting Wage

$27.50 per hour

Estimated Earning Potential Year 1

Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, location may vary)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Supervise team operations and ensure top-notch customer service
• Communicate company values to create a sense of teamwork
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store quality
• Assist in hiring and managing store personnel
• Prepare schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
• Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations
• Manage budgets, sales, and inventory

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Interpret company policies and procedures
• Prior management experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Prior management experience preferred
