Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Manager in Training at Aldi. In this position, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of managing a store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $102,000 (including bonuses, location-dependent)

Key Duties

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to foster teamwork.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and hiring processes.
• Ensure store maintenance and product quality standards.
• Conduct training, evaluations, and performance assessments.
• Monitor budgets, cash audits, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in retail with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
