Job Description
Prestige Fleet Services is seeking a skilled Mobile Fleet Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of diesel and trailer repair experience. If you are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and possess the necessary tools, we want you to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and inspections on trucks and trailers, including brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, and more.
- Schedule and oversee all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
- Manage inventory on the service truck and obtain parts as needed.
- Accurately complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of diesel and trailer repair experience.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to work extended hours when needed.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills.
- Proficiency in using a computer/tablet for processing work orders.
