Job Description

We are seeking a Team Leader to supervise our MRI team in the Radiology Department. As the Supervisor of MRI Technologies, you will oversee all technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations, assist with employee scheduling, participate in the hiring process, ensure safe patient care, and perform MRI Technologist duties. Additionally, you will provide guidance to staff, foster collaboration, and participate in on-call rotations.

Basic Knowledge

• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
• Advanced certification in MRI.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant modality.
• Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
