Responsibilities
- Demonstrate high performance and uphold values of trust, respect, and commitment.
- Develop and implement key sales enablers in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and epilepsy centers.
- Analyze key business drivers, trends, and market access issues.
- Manage financial resources in line with compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
- Proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales and account management.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Travel
Ability to travel up to 40% with flexibility for evening and weekend events.
