Job Description
ArcBest II ABF Freight is currently seeking Class A CDL Hazmat and Tanker Truck Drivers to join our team in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo using up-to-date technology and best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to various destinations within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers utilizing industry-standard techniques and procedures.
- Adhere to assigned duties and schedule based on terminal location requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training available for less experienced candidates.
- Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Stable work history with a strong work ethic.
- Clean driving records (MVR and previous employers).
- Successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
