Responsibilities
- Document medical information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Alert supervisors of any changes in residents' conditions.
- Assist with medication management and pharmacy coordination.
- Ensure timely communication and adherence to protocols.
Requirements
- LPN/RN license in the state of practice.
- Compassion for and experience working with the elderly.
- Proficient in English and willing to engage in continuous learning.
- CPR certification and ability to pass a background check.
