Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at One Medical. You will play a vital role in managing a patient panel at one of our employer on-site clinics, providing a wide range of healthcare services to our patients. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to engage in continuous learning, collaborate with both in-office and virtual clinical teams, and utilize your clinical training to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in outpatient primary care setting as an Advanced Practitioner.
- State licensed in New York by start date.
- Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and proficiency in evidence-based practice.
