Oncology Business Manager (Northeast) - Jazz Pharmaceuticals

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to innovating life-changing medicines, is seeking an Oncology Business Manager for the Northeast region. This individual will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing key business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives

  • Develop and execute business plans with expertise in purchasing organizations, health economics, and reimbursement models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate and execute strategies for Jazz Oncology portfolio.
  • Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for effective patient support initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

  • Strategically optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts.
  • Lead the development of account-level strategic plans to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
  • Communicate account insights to inform contracting and access strategy.
  • Build key business relationships with decision-makers in health systems and community oncology practices.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure optimal access for products.
  • Proactively communicate payer policy updates and educate accounts on distribution issues.

Skills / Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years industry experience.
  • Experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Oncology, reimbursement models, and payer policies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Description of Physical Demands:
Travel for field responsibilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications is required.
