Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Business Manager for the Pacific Northwest region. As part of the Market Access team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership and strategic skills to establish and manage key business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices. Position Objectives
- Develop and execute business plans focusing on group purchasing organizations, health economics, reimbursement/access, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support the Jazz Oncology brand objectives and educate on access to the portfolio.
- Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner, emphasizing patient support and business relationships development.
Position Responsibilities
- Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts, leading the development of account-level strategic plans.
- Communicate insights with Channel leadership to inform access strategies and ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
- Build and manage key business relationships with health systems and community practice oncology decision-makers.
Skills / Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of industry experience in oncology account management.
- Experience with GPO contract education and a deep understanding of reimbursement models.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Travel up to 40% of the time.
