Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join Aldi's administrative team in Frederick, MD. As an integral part of our operations, you will support the Director Operations, District Managers, and store personnel in maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate relevant information to leadership, peers, and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Resolve operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative support and maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Work proactively to identify and report irregularities within your area of responsibility.
  • Conduct training and cross-training within your area of responsibility.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Associate's Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Perform duties in an office or remote setting.
  • Regularly sit, reach, grasp, stand, and move.
  • Occasionally push, pull, bend, lift, and move up to 25 lbs.

Travel

Minimal travel required for job-related duties.
