General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performances.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations.
• Promote a positive and values-driven culture within the team.
• Collaborate in a team setting to achieve department goals.
• Handle hazardous materials with care and compliance.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Prior experience in service center or transportation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of freight handling.
