Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the country's largest and most trusted LTL carriers.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain proper load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign and monitor job tasks to ensure efficiency.
• Provide training, performance feedback, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on safety and excellence.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
