Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for safe and timely freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure load balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and coordinate work schedules for optimal performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Foster safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with freight handling techniques and transportation operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
