Job Description

We are looking for a committed Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO. As part of the ABF Freight family, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight during your assigned shifts.

General Duties

• Plan, supervise, and manage available resources for loading and unloading freight.
• Maintain proper load plans for safe operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation and/or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
