• Plan, supervise, and control resources for freight loading/unloading.
• Ensure proper load plans and balance for safe operation.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of workers.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support safe handling and storage of materials.
• Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior service center or transportation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
