Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our collaborative environment, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers variety and excitement each day.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties independently or with support as needed.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies for loss prevention.

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain product freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and operate machinery safely.
• Organize inventory efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
