Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leaders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Operate cash registers (Cashier) or stock shelves (Stocker) following company guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses (Cashier).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
• Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Cashier: Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
