Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enhance the customer shopping experience and contribute to the smooth operation of our stores. As a Cashier, you will process transactions and provide excellent customer service, while Stockers will ensure that shelves are stocked and merchandise is displayed correctly. This role offers variety and the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Operate registers, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs.
- Follow merchandising guidelines and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills and time management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
