Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Whether you're working as a Cashier, Stocker, or Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback
• Assist with inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow merchandising guidelines and safety procedures
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders
• Perform general cleaning duties and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain product freshness and organization
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience desired
• Knowledge of company products and services
