Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join ALDI as Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, Cashier, or Stocker, you will collaborate with your team members, maintain store cleanliness, monitor inventory, and provide prompt assistance to customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents within your scope of work.
• Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases, stocking shelves, and providing excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves with fresh products, follow planograms, and operate equipment safely.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
