Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, and ensuring our stores are well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, providing exceptional customer service, and following safety procedures.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and uphold cash policies. As a Stocker, you will ensure shelves are properly stocked, follow merchandising guidelines, and operate machinery safely. Physical requirements include standing, lifting, and carrying items up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of retail products and services

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
