Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members and communicates information to direct leaders.
• Upholds security and confidentiality standards.
• Performs cashier duties: processes purchases, provides customer assistance, and monitors inventory.
• Performs stocker duties: maintains product displays, organizes inventory, and operates machinery.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
• Relevant combination of education and experience.
