Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time position with night shifts available and great benefits including a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500. Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of care in a safe patient environment.
• Communicate effectively and carry out tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Document data, report observations to the nurse, and ensure safety precautions are followed.
• Obtain and record vital signs, monitor patients, and report any concerns promptly.
• Assist patients with mobility, personal tasks, specimen collection, and basic patient transport.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Complete direct and indirect patient care duties and provide clerical support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two general areas of practice.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in acute or long-term care, certification, and phlebotomy proficiency.
