Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business to exceed financial targets, develop a high-performing team, and ensure members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team that aligns with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
• Facilitate customized programming to meet individual client needs.
• Create an engaging and inclusive training environment for members and clients.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value and maintaining clean training spaces.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients to encourage growth.
• Attract new clients through building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales goals to drive business success.
